Google Analytics for Firebase is used for analytics and app-improvement purposes. Certain Google Analytics technologies may support advertising-related functionality depending on configuration, platform, and Google settings. This does not mean that Lexi displays advertisements.

Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted, de-identified, or aggregated.

If Lexi Developers cannot reasonably connect a particular analytics record to you, we may be unable to identify or isolate that record solely from information supplied in a privacy request.
We will not require additional personal information merely to identify otherwise pseudonymous analytics data unless doing so is reasonably necessary and appropriate under applicable law.

Certain information may not be deleted immediately or may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for fraud prevention, security, accounting, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
Deleting Lexi from a device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Lexi is an educational service that may be used by learners of different ages.
Where applicable law requires parental or guardian authorization for a minor to use an online service or for particular processing of personal information, Lexi should be used only with the required authorization.
Lexi Developers do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
Lexi does not display third-party advertising.

We will review legitimate requests and take action where required by applicable law.
Apple and Google operate independently from Lexi Developers when providing their respective app stores and payment services.
Information you provide directly to Apple or Google is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the applicable platform.
Lexi Developers do not control all information collected independently by Apple, Google, device manufacturers, operating-system providers, internet service providers, or other third parties.
Lexi or related communications may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Lexi Developers are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or security of independent third-party services.
The Service may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed, and the technologies used to operate Lexi may change.
If a change materially affects the way personal information is processed, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in Lexi, technology, legal requirements, service providers, or business practices.
