1. Who controls your data
The Ten Percent Red legal entity operating the relevant creator campaign acts as the controller of personal information processed for that campaign, unless campaign-specific documentation states otherwise.
Before launch, this page should be updated with the exact contracting entity name, registered address and privacy contact details.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you participate, we may collect:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, country, business details and other contact information.
- Creator profile data: social-media handles, profile URLs, follower counts, public profile information and platform identifiers.
- Campaign data: submitted videos, creative drafts, campaign correspondence, approval history and publication links.
- Performance data: views, engagement, audience geography, traffic-source information, screenshots and native platform analytics.
- Payment data: PayPal details, bank-transfer information and payment history.
- Tax and verification data: tax forms, legal name, address, business details or identity information where reasonably required for payment, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, server logs and similar security or website-access information where collected by our hosting infrastructure.
- Communications: emails, messages, support requests and other communications with Ten Percent Red.
3. Where information comes from
We may receive information:
- directly from you;
- from your public creator or social-media profiles;
- from platform analytics or reports you provide;
- from payment processors, banks or verification providers;
- from campaign-management, communication or fraud-prevention service providers;

- track and verify campaign performance and Qualified Views;
- detect fraud, artificial traffic, duplicate submissions and abuse;
- calculate, process and document creator payments;
- administer usage rights granted for qualifying paid content;
- maintain creator-program records and resolve disputes;
- comply with tax, accounting, legal and regulatory obligations;
- protect Ten Percent Red, creators, users and third parties against fraud or unlawful activity;
- improve creator campaigns, campaign rules and operational processes.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, Ten Percent Red may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: processing necessary to administer your participation, verify performance and make payments.
- Legitimate interests: operating and improving the Creator Program, preventing fraud, protecting legal rights and evaluating campaign performance.
- Legal obligations: tax, accounting, sanctions, fraud-prevention or other mandatory legal requirements.
- Consent: where consent is specifically required by applicable law for a particular processing activity.
7. International data transfers
Creator campaigns may involve service providers, platforms or payment processors located outside your country. Where required by applicable law, Ten Percent Red will use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism or other safeguard for international transfers of personal information.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including campaign administration, performance verification, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, payment records, dispute resolution and enforcement of content licenses.
Some information may be retained longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Creator content that Ten Percent Red is licensed to use may continue to be stored and used in accordance with the applicable Creator Program Terms.
9. Security
Ten Percent Red uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission, storage or online processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, portability of, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed for tax records, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal claims or enforcement of existing content licenses.
11. Website data and cookies
The current Creator Program landing pages do not intentionally set advertising cookies or run third-party behavioral advertising trackers. Hosting providers may still process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser information and request timestamps for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
If analytics, forms, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies are later added, this policy and any required cookie notice should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
12. Minors
The Creator Program is intended only for persons aged 18 or older. Ten Percent Red does not knowingly recruit or contract with minors through this program.

Ten Percent Red may update this policy to reflect changes in the Creator Program, applicable law, service providers or data practices. The effective date and version number at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
