Build your first warband

Choose five heroes by comparing attack range, damage type, and abilities. Class names alone do not define a hero’s role: look for the damage, protection, and support your team needs.

Check the enemy’s affinity and resistances before choosing your team. Melee and ranged describe attack range; physical and mystical describe damage type.

Use the dungeon guide to compare bosses and the gear guide to choose equipment and set bonuses.

Understand affinities

• Light: deals 15% more damage to Darkness enemies.
• Darkness: deals 15% more damage to Light enemies.
• Neutral: has no affinity advantage or weakness.

Light and Darkness both have an offensive advantage against the other. Check race traits and individual abilities as well as affinity when planning a battle.
